OUR ENTERPRISE PARKS

Our Enterprise Parks offer unparalleled opportunities for business development, plus life outside the office just couldn’t be better than it is in Kentucky!

Surrounded by rich farmland and outstanding recreational opportunities, the Fulton site (approximately 170 acres) is adjacent to future Interstate 69 – designated as a “Corridor of the Future” by the U.S. Department of Transportation – as well as Class 1 rail service and is near the Fulton rail yard considered to be hub of Canadian National’s South Region.

Our 50-acre Clinton site is also served by Class 1 rail and a major U.S. Highway and is situated in an idyllic location adjacent to Oak Hill Country Club.  Nearby is the historic Columbus-Belmont State Park – a National Scenic Byway as well as a Civil War and National Trail of Tears site.

Both Fulton & Clinton are less than 20 miles from a major public port on the lower Mississippi River, creating a distinct advantage with regard to waterborne shipping costs.

GREAT BUSINESS, GREAT LIFE

BUSINESS

The key to a great business is the quality of place! Rural Fulton & Hickman Counties in Kentucky offer all the room you need for a profitable enterprise and a healthy life and strong communities for your team members.

COMMUNITY

Our friendly and historic communities stretch from the bluffs of the Mighty Mississippi River along the Great River Road in Hickman and Columbus, through lush farmland, to important gateway rail and interstate corridors in Fulton. Mark Twain, Casey Jones, and Robert Fulton have connections to Fulton and Hickman Counties – home to the International Banana Festival and Columbus-Belmont State Park, a National Scenic Byway and National Trail of Tears Site.
